Janae Banff is a 2025 graduate of Stockton University in Galloway, New Jersey, holding a degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Arts and Sciences. Throughout her college years, she worked closely with children in various educational roles, including substitute teaching, nannying, serving as a paraprofessional, and leading before- and after-school programs for students in grades PreK–12. These roles allowed her to create supportive, engaging environments where children could grow academically, socially, and emotionally. She continues to nanny occasionally, staying connected to the work she loves and the families she’s built strong bonds with.

In addition to her experience in education and childcare, Janae has held several customer service roles, where she developed key skills in communication, empathy, and problem-solving. These experiences have strengthened her ability to connect with others and deepened her passion for helping people.

Janae has a growing interest in the medical and pharmaceutical industries, where she hopes to make a meaningful impact by improving systems that support both patients and healthcare professionals. Currently, Janae serves as a Project Manager at Trinity Medical, where she brings her dedication, organization, and passion for helping others to support innovative solutions that enhance patient care and create lasting change.

When she’s not working, Janae enjoys life at the Jersey Shore—spending time at the beach, taking long walks with her Goldendoodle, practicing yoga and Pilates, and making memories with friends and family.
