Rachel is a skilled healthcare professional whose career spans bedside nursing, clinical leadership, and healthcare project management. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in December 2021 while working full time during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic as a Patient Care Technician at a Level I trauma hospital.

Rachel went on to serve as an orthopedic trauma nurse, where she developed her leadership skills as a charge nurse managing a 32-bed unit and a preceptor for onboarding staff. She also represented her team on the hospital’s Professional Governance Board, contributing to system-wide nursing initiatives.

In a shift from direct patient care to strategic healthcare support, Rachel now works as a Senior Project Manager with Trinity Medical LLC. In this position, she collaborates with pharmaceutical and healthcare brands, using her deep understanding of patient care and medical practice to guide strategic projects from concept to execution. Her unique background allows her to bridge the gap between the clinical world and industry, ensuring that healthcare communications and strategies remain grounded in real-world experience and clinical insight.
