Rina is a Senior Account Director at Trinity Medical, LLC, bringing more than a decade of leadership in pharmaceutical sales and marketing to the agency. Since joining Trinity in 2023, she has spearheaded strategic initiatives for pharmaceutical and biotech clients across oncology, hematology, and urology. Her expertise spans strategic planning, sales training, and brand execution, consistently delivering measurable commercial impact.

At Trinity, Rina has led the execution of diverse sales, marketing, and promotional initiatives—including comprehensive sales training programs, national broadcast campaigns, speaker bureau trainings, and the development of promotional materials tailored for cross-functional teams. Her strength in aligning brand strategy with tactical execution has elevated client engagement and enhanced the effectiveness of key programs.

Before joining Trinity, Rina spent ten years at Supernus Pharmaceuticals, where she advanced to the role of Regional Sales Director. She led high-performing teams across the Northeast and Western U.S., consistently exceeding sales targets and earning accolades for team performance. Rina played a critical role in launching therapies in the neurology space, including treatments for epilepsy, migraine, Parkinson’s disease, and a non-stimulant ADHD product. Her collaborative leadership style, deep product knowledge, and cross-functional coordination with sales, marketing, hub services, and nurse educators positioned her as a key leader in the organization. Under her leadership, her teams achieved President’s Club honors and earned the distinction of leading the nation’s top-ranked Parkinson’s sales team.

Rina began her career in market research at Research Now, supporting Fortune 1000 companies and full-service agencies. She holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Business from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, graduating magna cum laude.
